Legal Q&A sets one cookie with a random ID so it can count your free questions and remember your subscription. We keep that ID, a daily question count per IP address (to limit abuse), and, if you subscribe, your Stripe customer ID and email. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

The text of your questions and answers is not stored on our server. To answer, your question and the conversation so far are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which searches the public web; it is not sold or shared otherwise. Avoid including names, ID numbers or other details you don't need to.

To have your subscriber data deleted, reply to your Stripe receipt email.
